Dr. Vishnuvardhan died of a heart attack in Mysore late on on Wednesday morning. POpular Kannada actor passed away at the age of 59 years due to breathing problems at about 2:30am Night on Wednesday and he was immediately taken to a private hospital where he passed away. All schools and colleges in Karnataka will remain closed on Wednesday as per Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa's orders as a mark of respect for Vishnuvardhan.Vishnuvardhan was a popular actor and singer in the Indian state of Karnataka. He is popularly regarded as one of the most versatile, talented, stylish and popular actors in the Kannada film industry. His role in romantic, action, emotional, music, comedy or family dramas have been widely popular. Born Sampath Kumar, he adopted the name Vishnuvardhan at the instance of Puttanna Kanagal who directed his maiden film Nagarahavu.
