Kannada film Ravana actress Sanchita padukone is now doing Tamil and Telugu movies. Her first Kannada movie Ravana did not get good response and she is a bit upset with that, but she wants to do more Kannada films. Currently Sanchita padukone is doing Tamil film called Pillaiyaar Theru and a untitled Telugu movie with Raja.Sanchita padukone says -
"I really want to do more number of Kannada films and even dub in my own voice. But I was terribly disappointed with the response to my Kannada film. Unfortunately the pre release publicity of the film failed to create any hype about the film. Anyway I was happy that I was noticed in the film and some of the reviews were positive about me. Now, I have signed a new Telugu film with Raja in the lead. I will play the role of Madhubala which is a title role. The film is to be directed by a young debutant director Srinivas. I play the role of a simple girl in Pillaiyaar Theru, Kadaisi Veedu. Ramesh Jiththan plays the lead in this film. This film is a commercial ingredients and there are lot of good songs and fights in the film. I really enjoyed working for the film. Most of the film was shot in Munnar in Kerala"
